Terms of Service
Last updated September 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of Kakile, the dental clinic software at app.kakile.app, and of this website. "We" and "us" mean Kakile, the provider of Kakile. "You" means the clinic that uses Kakile and the people who use it for the clinic. By creating an account or using Kakile, you accept these terms. They apply from September 19, 2026.
The service
Kakile is online software that helps dental clinics run their work, such as patient records, appointments, treatments, billing and inventory. We may change, add or remove features at any time. Kakile, including its software, design and name, belongs to us, and you may use it only to run your clinic while your clinic has access.
Accounts
The person who registers a clinic is its owner. You agree to:
- give accurate information and keep it up to date;
- keep passwords private, and take responsibility for everything done through your clinic's account;
- give staff only the access they need.
Your clinic's data
Your clinic owns the data it enters in Kakile, and it is responsible for having the right to collect and keep that data, including any consent it needs from patients. You allow us to host, process and use the data to provide, maintain and improve Kakile, as our Privacy Policy describes.
Plans and payment
Kakile is sold by subscription, paid in advance for a month or a year, in Iraqi dinars. New clinics may start with a free trial. Prices are shown on our website and may change. You pay each invoice by one of the methods the subscription page offers. If an invoice is not paid on time, we may limit or lock access to Kakile until it is paid. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains cancellations and refunds.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Kakile for anything unlawful;
- try to reach data or accounts that are not yours, or harm the security of the service;
- overload, disrupt, copy, resell or reverse engineer Kakile;
- upload harmful files.
Limitation of liability
Kakile is provided "as is". It is administrative software and does not give medical advice, so clinical decisions and the accuracy of records remain the clinic's responsibility. We do not promise that Kakile will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount your clinic paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
You can cancel at any time from the subscription page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is not paid for, or puts Kakile or others at risk. If you stop using Kakile, you can ask us for a copy of your clinic's data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies, and continuing to use Kakile after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and the courts of Sulaymaniyah decide any dispute. These terms are published in English, Arabic and Kurdish. If the versions differ, the English version applies.
